Wrong Item Received

Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are customized, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes apparel, accessories, and other custom merchandise. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure it is correct.
2. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame. If you wish to cancel your order:

Once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can follow our standard return and refund procedures for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or design due to the custom nature of our products. If you ordered the wrong size or design, please follow our return policy for damaged or incorrect items. You may then place a new order for the correct item.
4. Shipping Costs
